SCUBAPRO offers a Parts for Life program, which means you don’t pay for parts, only the labor. The equipment must be purchased at a brick and mortar store (Southern Indiana Scuba)

Q. Do you do the paperwork with the manufacturers to keep my equipment on Parts for Life?
A. Yes if your equipment is on the Parts for Life program, Southern Indiana Scuba will do the paperwork to keep it current.
Q. Do you use manufacture parts?
A. Yes! We only use SCUBAPRO parts for your equipment repair. We use the recommended cleaning and lubrication supplies on SCUBAPRO equipment.
Q. How do I lower my cost of repair?
A. Simple short answer, make sure you always put your dust covers back on your equipment as soon as you take it off. Flooded regulators and inflators will lead to malfunctioning equipment because water gets into the internal parts of the equipment. Rinsing of the equipment in warm water with all the dust covers on will help dissolve the salt that builds up on your equipment. So the last of the trip, when you are relaxing and not diving, let your equipment soak in your tub.
Q. When should I bring my equipment in for service?
A. Every two years or one hundred dives, which ever comes first. If you are planning a trip, bring your equipment in for service when you book your flights.
Q. What should I do if I vomit in my regulator?
A. First don’t be embarrassed by it. It happens to all of us. It is important that you take care of your equipment to avoid further damage. Once you are back at shore, make sure your dust covers are in place. Find a garden hose and run water in your mouthpiece until the water is running clear. DO NOT push the purge button while doing this, it will flood your regulator. This will reduce the damage to the insides of your regulator. Any more questions, please let us know.
