Q. Why should I purchase my equipment from Southern Indiana Scuba?

Q. Do you do price matching?
A. Give us a call at (812) 824-7234 to ask about our price matching policy. We are proud of our products, service, and longstanding history of understanding equipment and matching to your needs! We can offer you advise, set up and MOST IMPORTANT is a Parts for Life” that mail order companies can’t offer.  We can meet just about anyone’s budget.

 

Q. Will you assembly, set up and in-service SCUBAPRO equipment not purchased from Southern Indiana Scuba?
A. Yes, we will be glad to assembly, set up and in-service your equipment.  There is a fee of $100.00 per set of equipment.

 

Q. What is Parts for Life and why is it important ?
A. Parts for Life program from SCUBAPRO is when you purchase a regulator(including 1st, 2nd and Octo), BCD, and computer.  SCUBAPRO offers a Parts for Life program, which means you don’t pay for parts, only the labor.  The equipment must be purchased at a brick and mortar store (Southern Indiana Scuba) 

 

Q. Are your technicians trained by the manufacturer ?
A. Yes all are technicians are trained via the manufacturer’s training programs and are updated as required by the manufacturers.   

 

Q. Do you do the paperwork with the manufacturers to keep my equipment on Parts for Life?
A. Yes if your equipment is on the Parts for Life program, Southern Indiana Scuba will do the paperwork to keep it current.

 

Q. What about my kid and their mask, fins and snorkel?  They are still growing – The Grow-Thru Program
A. We offer a Grow-thru program.  Purchase a new mask, they will fit it for years, a snorkel, again it will work for years.  The grow-thru program is for the fins.  You purchase a new pair of the GO Travel Fins.  We will give you a pair of our GO Travel Fins out of our rental program.  As your child grows, we will exchange the too small of fins (as long as they are in good condition) the next size in the rental fins until you feel that they have stop growing.  Then we will exchange the rental fins for a new pair or give you full credit towards the purchase of another type fin in our store.   No we won’t refund the money in this program.
